These terms govern your use of this website and participation in all Artist Power offerings, including Masterminds, Retreats, Certification Programs, and Memberships. By using the site or enrolling, you accept these terms, which may change at any time without notice—please review them regularly.

2. Eligibility & Participation
You must be at least 18 years old to access this website or participate in any program. By enrolling, you agree to show up with respect, integrity, and responsibility. Disruptive or harmful behavior may lead to removal without refund.

3. Refund Policy

• Masterminds & Certification Programs: All sales are final—no refunds after payment is processed unless stated otherwise.

• Retreats: A non-refundable deposit is required. Final payments follow set deadlines. Retreat payments are non-refundable, though in select cases a partial credit toward a future retreat (within 12 months) may be possible.

• Membership (Tribe of Creators): Memberships renew automatically. No refunds after a billing cycle begins. You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

4. Media Release
By attending any Artist Power event (virtual or in-person), you grant permission to use your image, voice, and testimonials for educational or promotional purposes. To opt out, notify us in writing before the event.

5. Disclaimer
Our programs are designed for educational and transformational purposes only. They are not substitutes for licensed therapy or medical care. Outcomes depend on your personal commitment; specific results are not guaranteed.

6. Third-Party Links
We may reference or link to third-party resources. Artist Power is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or practices of external sites.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artist Power and its team are not liable for damages arising from your participation, including incidental or consequential damages, loss of income, emotional distress, or physical injury.

8. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Artist Power, its founders, facilitators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your participation or breach of these terms.

9. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, it’ll be replaced with one that closely matches the original intent. The remaining terms continue to apply.

10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By enrolling, you consent to binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, to resolve disputes.
